We access your car's computer with manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment to identify the precise trouble codes stored in the computer. Mark Schoenewetter, our diagnostician of 12 years, will accurately diagnose any problems you are having with your vehicle.

Fourth, Michael Norman, our Shop Foreman, keeps his focus on Quality Control. Michael double checks every work order to be sure all concerns have been addressed and road tests your vehicle to spot any additional problems so we can inform you.
